摘要: 同伴排斥与儿童青少年抑郁的因果关系在已有研究结果中并不一致。为系统检验二者间的动态关系及边界条件, 对8个数据库中筛选纳入的23项纵向研究(26个独立样本, n = 20676)进行单阶段元分析结构方程模型分析。结果表明, 同伴排斥可显著预测后期抑郁, 反之亦然。调节效应分析显示, 同伴排斥对抑郁的预测效应不受任何调节变量影响, 但抑郁对同伴排斥的预测效应受同伴排斥报告方式、个体主义文化指数与取样年份调节。同伴排斥和抑郁的自回归效应分别受时间间隔与个体主义文化指数调节。该结果支持了交互模型, 表明二者呈恶性循环势态。结果为完善儿童青少年抑郁的人际关系理论和开发双轨干预策略提供了证据支持。未来心理健康教育工作既要着力于减少同伴排斥对个体的心理伤害, 也要注重改善抑郁个体的社交行为模式以防陷入持续受排斥困境。
