摘要: 书写是一种较为复杂的感知运动, 涉及中央认知编码和外周动作执行两个层面的加工, 需要消耗较多的认知资源, 因此, 很容易受到生理老化的影响。基于书写作品的研究发现, 老年人的字体存在大小不一、笔画倒置、圆滑性降低、错误率提高等; 基于书写过程的研究发现, 老年人的书写容易出现反应变慢、停顿增多、执行延长、速度降低、持笔压力不均衡等。书写认知老化主要缘于脑与神经机制层面的神经密度或运动神经元数量的降低、感觉运动机制的衰退以及激素变化或骨质流失对手部动作的干扰等。未来研究应注重探讨不同书写过程老化的同步性与异步性、书写认知老化的普遍性与特异性, 同时也应加强书写认知老化临床诊断标准的开发及应用研究。
