摘要:
智能制造正逐渐成为制造业企业在数字经济时代获得竞争优势的新方向, 企业创新则成为制造业推动数智化转型、实现高质量发展的重要途径。然而, 当前关于智能制造以及数智化转型的企业管理研究中, 学者们多聚焦于技术构成、商业模式等宏观层次议题, 缺乏从企业内部社会关系网络视角开展创新的激发过程研究。基于此, 本研究在智能制造情境中构建新型师徒关系理论, 为企业从微观视角激发团队双元创新提供了新的切入点。基于多重团队过程模型, 本研究探讨了智能制造师徒关系通过塑造团队转化和行动两个不同过程激发团队渐进式创新和突破式创新的具体路径, 同时基于人际和人智两个过程分析智能制造情境中团队双元创新激发过程的边界条件。本研究不仅为智能制造情境中的人才培养与管理提供理论思路, 且从微观层次丰富学界对智能制造情境中企业创新驱动机制的认识。
