摘要: 自我关怀作为一种基于接纳与慈悲的自我相处之道, 可能是潜在的韧性保护性因素。研究采用三水平元分析探究自我关怀与韧性的关系及其异质性。通过系统性检索与筛选, 共纳入124篇文献、128个样本与296个效应量, 总样本量为44, 775。结果表明, 自我关怀与韧性显著正相关(r = 0.46), 且自我关怀干预对韧性有显著促进作用(g = 0.49)。调节效应分析发现, 自我关怀与韧性的关系受人群特征(健康状况)、情境因素(逆境与文化背景)、韧性操作化方式与研究设计的影响。不同自我关怀类型与成分对韧性的效应存在差异:非自我关怀式反应与韧性的关系相对更强; 普遍人性感与韧性的关系较弱。研究建构并检验了自我关怀促进韧性的情感调节模型, 支持将自我关怀作为韧性干预的核心靶点之一, 并为开展精准干预与本土化干预提供了实践启示。
