摘要: 文章先概括了士气的内涵,进而从组织认同、工作质量、团体凝聚力三个士气的维度来分别介绍士气的测量,接着探讨了士气的作用及其机制,重点介绍了Labuc提出的影响战斗力因素的模型和Johnsrud等人提出的士气和离职意图的多水平模型,最后总结当前士气研究的问题,提出士气未来的研究方向

Abstract: This paper analyse and defines Morale firstly, and explores the measurement of morale by dimensions of organizational identification, quality of work and Group Cohesiveness. Then the paper discusses function and mechanism of morale, introduces the Model of Factor of Affecting Battle Effectiveness and Multilevel Model of Morale and Intent to Leave. Finally, the author sums up the problems in morale research and advances the direction of research of morale
