摘要:
食物浪费是保障粮食安全、实现资源与环境可持续发展所必须解决的重要问题。信息助推是减少消费者食物浪费的关键机制和手段。本研究将信息助推引入消费者食物浪费行为的研究中, 一方面从无意识行为干预视角探究行为信息助推对消费者食物浪费行为的干预效果与边界; 另一方面从有意识认知引导视角探究压力型与自发型认知信息助推策略的作用效果, 从信息加工、自我调节和社会影响三条路径揭示正向及负向内在机制, 从信息、个体及情境特征视角探析边界条件。研究旨在构建信息助推策略影响消费者食物浪费行为的多维度模型, 据此提出有效减少消费者食物浪费的信息助推策略。
