摘要:
虚拟现实赋能服务重构了营销者和消费者的交互和联结方式, 但相关研究尚未明确揭示虚拟空间中用户具身参与的心理联结机制。本研究探讨虚拟现实服务体验中营销者和消费者的具身参与对数字共情及福祉的影响。研究从三个方面展开:第一, 探讨在虚拟空间中营销者−消费者数字共情的形成条件和表现维度; 第二, 揭示虚拟空间中营销者−消费者具身参与对数字共情的影响机制; 第三, 从交互特征、用户特征和服务场景特征三个方面揭示营销者−消费者具身参与对数字共情及福祉影响的边界条件。本研究将有助于营销科技与福祉研究, 同时对虚拟现实技术赋能服务提供一定实践指导。
