摘要:
价格质量效应是指消费者用价格来推断产品质量的倾向, 目前已开始受到心理学等各领域的广泛关注。选择信息加工理论、参照点依赖模型、同化/对比理论及相应的神经生理机制可以解释价格质量效应的产生。同时, 价格质量效应的产生也受到产品特征、个体差异、人际因素及社会因素的调节。最后, 提出未来研究应该从价格-质量的动态关系、本土化因素对价格质量效应的影响、线上线下消费模式的差异等方面对其进行深入的探讨。
