摘要:
在人工智能蓬勃发展、经济增速放缓以及数字互联的共同影响下, 多任务处理已成为职场普遍现象。以往研究探索了多任务处理对个体自身任务行为的影响机制, 却忽视了多任务处理对个体本人及其重要他人(如同事)的社会行为(如组织公民行为)的影响。为此, 本研究将分两个步骤来系统探讨多任务处理对社会行为的影响机制: 首先, 基于过程导向视角构建多任务处理的维度结构, 并开发具有良好信效度的测量工具(研究1); 其次, 分别探讨多任务处理对个体本人及其重要他人社会行为的影响机制(研究2与研究3)。通过上述三项研究, 本研究期望拓展多任务处理的后效研究边界及其受众范围, 从而为组织管理实践提供更具深度与时效性的理论启示。
