摘要:
实现型幸福感是当个体的生命活动与深层价值观协调一致时, 积极投入到活动中充分发挥个人潜能而产生的目的感和意义感。正念可能是影响提高实现型幸福感途径最核心的个体内部因素。近期研究发现:正念特质与实现型幸福感高度正相关, 注意觉知和接纳分别通过预测更高的积极品质和缓解负性情绪影响实现型幸福感; 正念训练提高了临床与非临床群体的实现型幸福感; S-ART模型(self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-transcendence model)、正念的意义建构理论和自我决定理论分别从认知调节、情绪调节和行为调节角度解释了正念影响实现型幸福感作用机制。未来应进一步分析正念基本元素对实现型幸福感的差异性影响, 深化探索正念影响实现型幸福感机制, 开发针对提高实现型幸福感的正念训练。
