摘要:
动荡商业环境中, 团队成功抵御风险、迅速恢复甚至实现成长的关键在于团队韧性。团队韧性既是团队在逆境中反弹的一种能力, 也是一种动态心理过程, 亦是一种共享信念。现有团队层面的韧性研究相对匮乏且以能力观占据主导, 忽视了其动态发展和共识涌现, 且前因研究较少关注领导特征。研究整合能力观、过程观和共识观三种视角, 刻画领导正念影响团队韧性形成的内在机制与边界条件。研究发现为团队如何在逆境之中摧而不垮甚至愈挫弥坚提供了较为全面的理论整合框架和管理实践策略。
