Abstract: The survey data with 429 participants suggest that the implicit theory of justice commonly hold by people is in such a sequence: 1)Justice is demonstrated by that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law; 2)Justice is demonstrated by that everyone is equal in the chance of access to education, getting a job, investment, and participating in the management of state affairs; 3)Justice is embodied in the fairness and reasonableness of procedure. The factor analysis indicates that the implicit theory of justice has 6 dimensions, including rights, equilibrium, redress, retribution, equality, and evenness.
