Abstract: Sports injuries came in increasing numbers, research concerning the origin and rehabilitation of sports injuries has both theoretical and practical value. The article reviewed and discussed the psychological theory models of sports injuries, the operational definitions of sports injuries and the perspective in psychological aspects of sport-injury rehabilitation. The weak points of theory models, the advantages and disadvantages of operational definitions of sports injuries and the developmental perspective of psychological study on sports injuries are demonstrated, furthermore, the orientation for the future researches are suggested
