Abstract: The study expatiates the role of the mathematics problem representation in problem-solving; discusses the relations between different styles of problem representation, such as abstract representation, principle representation, schematic representation, et al. and mathematical problem-solving ; in the end, this study presents two strategies in order to find the feasible problem representation through selecting and transferring .
