摘要: 内感受是指个体对来自身体内部信号的感知和整合能力, 这对于情绪调节、自我意识和社会认知的发展具有重要作用。孤独症谱系障碍个体存在广泛的感觉加工异常, 但目前对于其内感受的特点, 为何以及在何种情况下表现出内感受异常还缺乏系统的了解。本文首先从内感受准确性、内感受敏感性和内感受意识三个维度梳理了孤独症谱系障碍个体内感受的特点, 其次从预测编码理论、弱中央统合理论和述情障碍假说三个层面揭示其内感受异常的内在机制, 并提出年龄、内感受信号类型和共病状况等因素的潜在影响。未来研究需进一步整合不同维度下孤独症谱系障碍个体内感受的差异和联系, 挖掘该现象的潜在影响因素, 拓展现有研究方法, 以此来推动对孤独症谱系障碍个体情绪和社会功能障碍的理解。
