摘要: 共享注意是指个体在注意某对象时, 感知到他人也在同步共同关注该对象, 并形成第一人称复数视角的当下注意感知。近年研究表明, 共享注意不仅影响认知加工、情绪体验与动机水平, 还可系统性促进人际关系改善; 然而, 相关证据分散于不同研究情境, 其作用机制尚缺乏整合。本文在系统梳理共享注意促进人际关系实证研究的基础上, 在认知、情感及动机-行为三个层面整合其主要机制路径, 并结合电生理与脑成像研究证据讨论相应的神经表征。在此基础上, 本文提出共享注意人际效应模型, 强调共享注意通过多路径协同运行, 推动人际关系多成分整体改善, 并可能形成关系增益的动态循环。最后, 讨论该模型在教育、虚拟现实等实践情境中的应用启示。
