摘要:
当前主流的理论和方法多将权力视为高与低的二元静态结构, 忽略了权力状态的可变性及组织中复杂的权力关系。而权力波动为揭示权力状态的动态变化提供了新的视角, 同时也有助于更全面地反映组织中的权力效应。尽管现有研究从多种理论视角探讨了权力波动的积极与消极影响, 但是仍然难以在统一的理论框架下系统阐释权力波动的双刃剑效应及其机制。鉴于此, 本文基于压力认知评价理论构建了权力波动双刃剑效应的整合框架, 以期进一步明确权力波动的差异化结果及其边界条件。未来需进一步厘清权力波动的内涵与测度, 丰富权力波动效应的作用机制研究, 关注权力波动轨迹类别间的异质性, 并将权力波动研究与其他领域相结合, 以推动其理论发展与实践应用。
