摘要:
闪动技术(Flash Technique, FT)是一种低侵入性、经济、快速、耐受性高的心理治疗方法, 能够用于治疗非器质性损伤的心理问题, 其治疗重点是在不需暴露创伤的前提下, 处理大脑信息加工系统中的创伤记忆。在临床应用中, FT既能处理创伤记忆和体验, 减轻来访者的主观痛苦感觉, 也能帮助来访者获得更健康的心理状态。然而, 目前有关FT的研究为数不多, 在取样、方法上也存在不足。未来研究应采用fMRI、ERP、眼动追踪技术等多样化的测量方式和研究方法, 进一步探讨其作用机制; 通过更严谨的研究设计, 延长随访期, 在中国文化背景下验证FT干预的临床效果; 深入探索其应用领域, 并形成标准化、可推广的干预方案。
