JAS APPLIED TO THE EXPLORATION OF PROBLEMS IN ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract: This study attempts to apply the JAS to organizational managementand explore the Type A behavior differences between engineering techni-cians and workers. The results show very significant differences in theJ scale and in the occupational background of Type A behavior. Theresults coincide with the findings of other studies of scientists and tec-hnicians.
