Abstract: The present paper puts forward the idea of exploring the structureof interpersonal relations in small groups through the fuzzy multifacto-rial evaluation and fuzzy clustering analysis with reference system ofsmall groups. This research is on the basis of analysing some limitationsof the classical sociometry. Three small groups for experimental researchwere selected, some clustering results on the basis of fuzzy multifactorialevaluation were obtained. We found that the classification of interpersonalrelations relates to Y which represents the dynamic characteristics ofinterpersonal relations in small groups. From this research, we considerit of practical significance to introduce the fuzzy mathematical modelinto studies on interpersonal relations in small groups.
