Abstract: In recent studies, many psychologists have found that word recognitioncould be affected by various factors, such as word shape, pronounceabil-ity, context, word frequency and meaning. But do not arrive in agreementon the issue of the mechanisms of these factors. The present paper willintroduce some typical models of word recognition. And this will be helpfulfor exploration of the basic processes of Chinese word recognition.
