摘要: 单身在现代社会日益普遍, 但学术研究仍多基于同质化假设, 忽视了单身群体在动机来源与身份认同上的差异, 因而难以揭示其心理异质性与动态性。为回应这一不足, 本研究整合自我决定理论与社会认同理论, 从“动机自主性”与“身份认同”两个维度提出二维分类模型, 将单身者划分为自主型、身份型、被动型与适应型, 并探讨了不同类型在心理特征、社会行为及潜在转化机制上的差异。该模型不仅为理解单身现象提供了新的理论视角, 也为未来实证研究与实践应用提供了可操作的框架。
