摘要:
在数智化背景下, 提升谦逊型领导并发挥其促进职业可持续性的重要作用, 成为组织管理领域的前沿问题。已有研究主要集中于传统工作环境下的谦逊型领导, 难以为数智组织提供提升领导谦逊水平的实践指导, 也未聚焦于数智化背景下来解析职业可持续性的核心要素, 忽略了谦逊型领导对职业可持续性的“领导赋能”和“自我领导”的影响机制。本研究结合反馈干预理论, 在明晰谦逊型领导的新内涵基础上, 解析员工和数智技术负面反馈对谦逊型领导的影响差异。基于资源保存理论和主动动机模型, 在厘清职业可持续性具体维度的基础上, 探究谦逊型领导影响职业可持续性的具体机制及激活条件。预期本文将为拓展数智化背景下的谦逊型领导相关研究提供新思路, 为提升职业可持续性提供理论依据和实践指导。
