摘要:
吸烟者自我豁免信念对戒烟和吸烟行为有显著影响。以往研究使用认知失调理论解释吸烟者自我豁免信念的产生过程, 这忽略了自我豁免信念的特殊性。吸烟者自我豁免信念的形成经过了认知失调和合理化、自我特殊性凸显以及信念竞争与稳固等三个过程。基于此, 对吸烟者自我豁免信念的干预可采取伪善诱导干预、动机性访谈、问题式吸烟警示信息等措施。未来研究需结合我国吸烟者特点探究吸烟者自我豁免信念影响戒烟意愿的作用机制、形成过程的影响因素及有效干预措施。
