摘要:
为什么现实中很多领导者对商业活动中的伦理议题不指导和不回应?下属对此又会作出何种反应?该研究基于情境强度理论探讨道德无涉领导的影响因素及形成原因, 运用社会信息加工理论和工具−道德认知框架探讨道德无涉领导对多层次工作绩效产生的双刃剑效应及其过程机制, 并从观察者视角识别道德无涉领导影响结果的情境条件, 如领导高绩效要求、团队感知的领导底线心态等。通过对道德无涉领导产生机制及影响结果的系统化研究为组织针对道德无涉领导的管理实践提供借鉴。
