Abstract: The study adopted 2×2 (type of feedback and target of feedback)two factors between subjects design. The researcher collected 303 samples to test the impact of supervisor’s feedback on workers’ behavior tendency of integrating、conflict and nonconfronting and the moderating role of individualism-collectivism to the independent variables and dependent variables. The results showed that: the main effects of type of feedback and target of feedback were significant;The individual level of individualism-collectivism had moderating effects on feedback.
