摘要： 该研究的目的在于探索远程言语交流中的误解现象。48名（24组）大学生被试参加了1个实验。每组内由两人进行远程对话交流,合作完成地图任务。实验变量为声音延迟,分为延迟20毫秒和延迟1000毫秒两种实验条件。每种实验条件各12组被试。分析了被试的对话,并测试了他们的人格特质。该文归纳出远程言语交流中导致误解产生的四个因素。实验结果表明,声音延迟量对误解有显著影响;人格特质对误解中的口误现象也有显著影响。

Abstract: The study explores the process of misunderstanding that occurs in distance verbal communication. 24 pairs of forty-eight college students participated in 1 experiment in which each pair of subjects performed a map task using an audio-with-sound-delay device in communication. Half the pairs were in the condition with 20ms sound delay; the other half were in the condition with 1000ms sound delay. T were recorded and analyzed. Subjects' personality traits were measured. Four factors leading to misunderstanding were determined. The results also showed that sound delay had significant influence on misunderstanding, personality traits influenced slip of tongue.
