摘要： <正> 工矿企業中的安全問題是值得重視的一个問題。不安全的生产不仅使劳动生产率降低,廢品率和机器設备的损耗率增高,而且直接危害着工人的健康和生命。党和政府經常号召我們在社会主义建設事業中注重安全生产。科学技术界应該热烈响应这种号召,把安全問題的研究作为一种重大的任务。劳动心理学以人的劳动活动为研究对象,自然不能忽視劳动中的安全問題。

Abstract: Factors contributed to the causation of accidents in certain metallurgical industry and some machine manufactories have been classified by the authors into three categories, i.e., human, physical and management (including social) factors. Statistics revealed that a high percentage of accidents was attributed to human factors.However, based upon Lenin's theory of reflection and Pavlov's theory of nigher nervous activity, the authors emphasize that most erroneous activities of the workers were mainly determined by inadequate physical conditions, improper training and education, and unsuitable social adjustments, to which, management should be responsible.
