Abstract

Abstract: Past view of traditional study of the structure of work values indicated that different results existed. Recent work values researches employ the Facet Theory approach, and they contribute to the integration of the various previous studies. The application of Facet Theory and SSA, integration of the basic values and work values studies, culture-based values studies represent the future trend of the work values structure research
