Team Diversity: Measurement, Outcomes and Moderators

Abstract: This review summarizes recent researches on team diversity. First it is shown that the dimensions of team diversity; Second, the measurements have discussed; Third it analyzes the outcomes of diversity and its moderators. Finally future studies should investigate the interaction between multi-dimensions of diversity and assess underlying diversity as well as readily-detected diversity.
