Abstract: A questionaire evaluating the leading behavior of chief coaches bytheir players was formulated in this paper, according to the generalprinciple and standard as well as method of drawing up questionaire isin accord with the actual situation of first class women basketball tea-ms of our country, and its reliability and validity is trustworthy. It is determined that the leading behavior of chief coaches are formedmainly according to seven dimensions after analysing the results obtainedby means of R-factor, and the leading behavior of chief coaches can beevaluated on the basis of the scores given by the players.
