Abstract: Leadership is the main component of Organizational Psychology. Mozi-a representative work of Mohism written early in Pre-Qin Period-contains proficient thoughts on leadership. This article tries to present a detailed description on Mohism, from different aspects, such as leaders knowledge structure, morality, speech ability, attitude toward work and behavioral principle. This article also points out its significance in modern times.
