Abstract: There are currently two views on money analgesia theory. One is that monetary plays a secondary and complementary role in alleviating pain, the other is that the information in a specific situation determines weigh of monetary in alleviating pain. Author will review both literatures to find out the disadvantages and advantages in them. Based on the previous study, future researches on money analgesia will focus on the following aspects, scope, status, extent, research methods.
