Abstract: Psychologists are concerning about the impact of self-interest on people. Current researches mainly focus on the relationship between self-interest and human behavior & attitude, the impact of self-interest on cognition and cross-culture comparison. In this article, these fields as well as research advances of self-interest were reviewed, and the questions worthy of further exploration were put forward.
