Abstract: Organizational justice is thought to consist of distributional justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice in which they are both differential and related. Lind paid attention to the integration of distributional justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice instead of their differences , and proposed his fairness heuristic theory. The key concept heuristic in fairness heuristic theory was described from both its formation and function. The problems in heuristic fairness theory and some future study orientation is discussed finally.
