Abstract: 19 neurasthenics and 16 hypertensive patients were cured with controlled treatment. The course of treatment was divided into two stages: In the first consisted of mainly re-education, and the second-synthetic treatment. 40 patients cured by synthetic treatment one year before were also investigated in order to study the influence of some psychological factors on the strenghening effeet of the therapy. It has been shown that some personality traits, such as the inclination to anger and to depress, condition remarkably the temporary and the lasting effect of therapy.
