摘要: 发展居家智慧养老是应对人口快速老龄化挑战的重要举措,既能缓解社会养老压力,又能满足老年人日益多样化的需求。然而,当前居家智慧养老系统还面临老年人接受度较低、交互效能较低、信任度较低、责任分配不明晰等一系列问题。因此,本研究旨在从用户需求、人机交互、人机信任、人机责任多层次构建老年用户与智能系统共融关系理论框架,深入探究用户、智能系统、情境因素对人机共融关系的影响机制。本研究首先建立用户画像、需求模型与交互行为模型,优化智能系统交互终端和社会特征设计,提升老年人用户的接受度、交互自然性与效能;本研究进一步探究老年用户与智能系统的人机动态信任发展规律,剖析用户、系统、情境对动态信任的综合影响机制,促进老年用户持续性的使用行为和稳定的人机关系;最后,面对智能系统在居家环境中的应用可能带来的正面、负面结果,本研究明确不同类型因素对人机责任归因的影响机制,促进更好的人机协同。开展本研究有助于促进人机共融理论的发展,为智能系统的适老化设计与升级提供理论基础与实践贡献。

Abstract: Developing smart elderly care at home is an important measure to address the challenges of rapid population aging. It can not only alleviate the pressure of social elderly care but also meet the increasingly diverse needs of the elderly. However, the current smart elderly care system at home still faces several problems such as low acceptance by the elderly, low naturalness of interaction, low trust, and unclear allocation of responsibilities. Therefore, this study aims to construct a theoretical framework for the integration relationship between elderly users and intelligent systems from multiple levels, including user needs, human-computer interaction, human-computer trust, and human-computer responsibility, and to deeply explore the influence mechanism of users, intelligent systems, and situational factors on the human-system integration relationship. This study first establishes the user persona, demand models, and interaction behavior models, optimizes the design of intelligent system interaction terminals and social features, and enhances the acceptance, interaction naturalness, and efficiency of elderly users; This study further explores the development rule of human-machine dynamic trust between elderly users and intelligent systems, analyzes the comprehensive impact mechanism of users, systems, and contexts on dynamic trust, promotes sustained usage behavior of elderly users and stable human-machine relationships; Finally, in the face of the potential positive and negative consequences of applying intelligent systems in home environments, this study clarifies the impact mechanisms of different types of factors on human-machine responsibility attribution, promoting better human-system collaboration. Conducting this study helps to promote the development of human-system integration theory, providing a theoretical basis and practical contribution to the elderly-oriented design and upgrading of intelligent systems.
