Although studies on organizational citizenship behavior were developed from organizational commitment, however, the research on organizational loyalty separated attitudes from behaviors. Loyalty in China has a long historical and cultural tradition. Recent research found that Chinese organizational loyalty has unique culture meaning, but current studies have some limitations. It is necessary to further investigate Chinese organizational loyalty, and it is also meaningful to develop and construct organizational behavior theory that explains Chinese culture context.
