摘要： 本实验是关于心血管病人心身反应特点的一系列研究的第一项工作。用皮肤电反应作指标,探讨冠心病人的唤醒水平和习惯化倾向问题。在30名冠心病人和30名正常人身上测试的结果表明,冠心病人的唤醒水平远比常人为高,习惯化倾向则远比常人为差。而且在持续的刺激和紧张作业以后,心理生理状态的恢复过程也远比常人缓慢。这些可能是具有特征性意义的冠心病人的心身反应特点的组成部分,进一步的探讨待继续进行。

Abstract: The present study,utilizing eletrodermal activity as an index of arousallevel and habituation,has the purpose to examine the inconsistancy of someprevious works on the feature of psychopysiologial reaction of cardiovasculardisease. 30 patients of coronary heart disease and 30 normal adults were used assubjects.After a 6 minute"rest"period,a series of tones and a tensionalperformance were presented successively as stimulation for habituation test ofpsychophysiological state. The results showed that patients of coronary heart disease as group wereoveraroused in comparing with normal adults.The results also showed thatpatients gave the tendency of slower habituation of electrodermal responseamplitude during tensional performance.Some problesm of psychophysiologicalfeatures and mechanism of coronary heart disease were discussed,and furtherresearch suggested.
