Abstract: Entrepreneurial intention refers to entrepreneurs’ states of mind that direct attention, experience, and action toward a business concept, which set the form and direction of organizations at their inception. Entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor of entrepreneurial behaviors. Demographic variables、personality and environment factors can affect entrepreneurial intention. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Model of the Entrepreneurial Event (SEE) provide theoretical frameworks of entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial intent can be used as not just a dependent variable, but also as an independent variable or a control variable.
