Cognitive Processing of the Children with Reading Comprehension Difficulties

Abstract: Reading comprehension difficulties is a main type of reading disability which have been much studied in recent years. The core of cognitive processing in the course of reading comprehension is semantic processing. Poor comprehenders are difficult in both words processing and text inference and integrating. the possible reasons of information inference difficulties are two parts, the first part is the deficit of working memory, and the second part is the deficit of reading metacognitive which consist of reading purpose and comprehension monitoring
