摘要: 近年来,工作嵌入(Job embeddedness)作为解释员工离职和留职的新视角,逐渐受到理论界和实务界的广泛关注和探讨。根据内容分析法(Content analysis),我们对国内外176篇中英文工作嵌入相关文献进行系统梳理,分别从研究视角、内容分析和发展方向三个方面深入评述工作嵌入的实施效果。基于此,总结出六种理论视角:资源保存理论、社会资本理论、计划行为理论、工作-角色依附理论、未来时间透视视角和传染过程视角;通过内容分析的方式科学呈现关于工作嵌入研究的发展趋势和不同视角下工作嵌入实施效果的具体研究情况;未来研究应基于理论基础进一步关注工作嵌入的团队有效性问题、聚焦跨文化比较下工作嵌入溢出效应差异、厘清工作嵌入“双刃剑”效应以及突出子维度的作用机制。

Abstract: As a novel perspective to explain employee voluntary turnover and retention, job embeddedness has received extensive attention from scholars and practitioners. Using content analysis method across 176 papers from Chinese and English databases, we make a systematic review about the consequences of job embeddedness based on its theoretical research perspective, content analysis and future directions. Results indicate that the research perspective consists of six theoretical explanations, such as conservation of resources theory, social capital theory, planned behavior theory, work-role attachment theory, future time perspective, and contagion process model. In addition, we display job embeddedness research trend and consequences with multi-perspective scientifically and comprehensively through the method of content analysis. Future research should pay more attention to the team effectiveness of job embeddedness, focus on its spillover effect under cross-culture comparison, clarify its ‘double-edged sword’ effect and highlight the effects of different sub-dimensions.
