We found that the high blood glucose level group showed significantly worse explore behavior and lerning ability but better memory retain ability. No difference was found between the good blood glucose level group and the control group. These resultS suggested that the blood glucose levels affected the exploring behavior and learning and memory in STZ induced KM mice.
